Carbon Dioxide Gas Cartridges
Replacement CO2 cartridges for cartridge-operated extinguishers. The cartridge is the propellant: when pierced, it pressurises the extinguisher body and expels the agent. A used or under-weight cartridge means the extinguisher will not discharge when it is needed, so cartridges must be weight-checked at every service and replaced after any use. What does the cartridge actually do?

How do I know if a cartridge is still good?
It is weight-checked at service. A cartridge that has lost weight has lost gas and must be replaced. Any cartridge that has been used is replaced, not refilled.
